Before entering law, Ms. Rinck began  at LexisNexis® where she assisted attorneys with complex legal research. 

She later founded her own company, training attorneys, the IRS, and major accounting firms on advanced legal research, fraud detection, and public records investigation techniques. This deep technical background, combined with her entrepreneurial experience, provides invaluable insight into how AI systems operate and the compliance challenges they present.

After graduating law school, Ms. Rinck was recruited to teach intellectual property and trademark prosecution at a United States Patent and Trademark Office Law School Clinic, further developing her expertise in emerging technology legal issues.
